Brush

The GA uses only the brush you pick for the entire painting. All brushes are hard-edged and render pixel-perfect. They differ only in shape.

Generations per stroke 15

More generations = each stroke is searched harder, but fewer strokes fit in the time budget.

Population size 20

Number of candidate strokes evaluated each generation.

Mutation rate 0.25

Probability of replacing each gene during mutation. Higher = more exploration.

Max run time 60s

Wall-clock cap before the run auto-stops.

Max strokes 1000

Hard cap on how many strokes are committed to the canvas.
